Post by: Aunty Sue on October 06, 2011, 09:48:31 am Hi shona, Explain where we get our rights ie from legislation - human rights, equality rights etc. Under this legislation we have the right to make our own choices (give examples). Personalisation starts with the person and their individual circumstances rather than the service. This means that the choices offered must not be limited to what the service decides to provide.
