please help!

 describe practices to control food safety hazards when storing different types of food and drink.


explain how to store utensils and equipment safely.


explain how to clean utensils and equipment effectively after use.


cant find info anywhere

Hi bolto,

Think about practices such as putting food in containers, refrigeration and freezing, keeping cooked and raw meats separate etc.

Think about sharp knives, clean cupboards and drawers, avoiding having to lift heavy equipment, placing things safely so that they won't fall etc.

Think about washing in hot water with washing up liquid or in a dishwasher and following instructions, ensuring that all food residue is removed, rinsing, heat sanitisers, following equipment manufacturer's instructions etc
