For example you might decide that they have a need for support to get into a bath. This would be a physical need but you should also consider other needs eg emotional - how they might feel about such personal support and how you can help them to deal with this. 1.2 Person centred care means that the individual should be the one to lead any discussion about what they want and how it will be provided. How do you support them to do this? Do you provide them with information so that they understand what will be discussed?
