Title: Re: unit 4222-330 Post by: Aunty Sue on May 16, 2012, 10:42:05 am Hi glitterbug, 1 Think about direct payments, personal budgets, multi-agency working, Local Authority commissioning of services, person centred planning etc. 2 In the past services were commissioned as blocks of care that individuals could choose from ie one size suits all. With personalisation Local Authorities must listen to what each individual wants so blocks of care are no longer suitable.
