Hi Kaz - you would need to consider the environment (could you put up posters and other information) - is the building accessible to all (for the disabled for example) and is it centrally located with a good transport network around it? Consider who might attend - their ages for example (are they likely to be elderly or frail and need a person to accompany them - in which case you might need to put on refreshments for the person supporting them as well as for the persons attending the awareness raising session); is it heated (important in the winter); does it have a car park - then how will you staff the activity and how will it be financed? Who is your target audience - important to consider when deciding how to get the message out that there is an activity being laid on for them. Could you get someone well known to front the 'campaign' - can have a huge impact on a project

hope these ideas help get you started!
