what is the difference between proactive and reactive strategies in a care home

Hi Sharon,

Proactive is everything you do so as our service users do not present with challenging behaviour, i.e. active support, removing triggers etc

Reactive is how the strategies that are in place to react to challenging behaviours i.e. positive handling plans, verbal deescalations etc
