An example of this could be giving an individual a menu for them to make there own choices in regards to meals.

The answer given seems to cover it i was just going to add such as gaining approval to remove covers place them on a unit out of the way to ensure they were not in the way of any moving and handling procedures

I am currently studying my SVQ 3 in social services i came across this site late  Im on my last unit for care planning and review. Excited to get this qualification finished 

I have looked around the forum and ave found loads of valuable information anyone know if there is anything in relation to care planning and review ?? if so could you point me in the right direction.
