Hello,
You need to identify legal requirements from e.g. data Protection, Freedom of information, Caldicott Principles and explain how you meet these requirements in your workplace.
e.g. Data Prot says 'Personal data shall be adeauate, relevant and not excessive'  How do you meet that requirement?

Hello,
You need to explain how you support 'others' to contribute to records. This could be explaining how you support other carers to update records, how you support service users to make decisions about what is in their Care Plans.

Our ambition is to reach and improve the lives of everyone affected by cancer and inspire millions to do the same. With the two million people in the UK living with cancer now predicted to increase to four million by 2030, it’s a very challenging ambition that demands we use evidence and insight to inform the strategic decisions critical to delivery. Our Intelligence and Research team plays a key role in helping Macmillan provide evidence to develop policy and insight and to support the development of service solutions to support people affected by cancer.

Evaluation is crucial to all of this, and the post holder will be responsible for driving forward improvements in evaluation across the organisation. This will include working with colleagues and teams right across Macmillan Cancer Support, leading on in-depth evaluation projects, supporting ongoing monitoring and self-evaluation, making sure evaluation findings are well used, and helping to build the capacity and culture of the organisation so that evaluation becomes more embedded in the way we work.

Such an important role demands a credible professional and, whether in the public, private or not-for-profit sector, you must have substantial experience in evaluation. You will also need to show us that you have good communication and negotiation skills, the ability to work well others, that you pick up new concepts quickly, and that you can influence senior colleagues.

Hello,
This is a performance criteria and as such needs to be observed by assessor.  Assessor needs to see you making room to enable any move to be carried out, moving small bits of furniture, so there is room for any equipment you need to use, taking things off table and so on, making sure anything that could cause harm, trailing flexes for example  are removed. Remember you need to involve service user in this, getting their consent to move things.
