analyse the main health and safety responsibility of others (not employee or employer) in the work setting?  I know the responsibilities of employee and employer, but I am not sure about the responsibilities of others in the work setting.

Thank you.

Hi Samday,
A visiting professional would be expected to put on gloves and apron if visiting an individual - say the District Nurse visited to change a dressing for a person living in a residential home.  They would also be expected to dispose of the soiled dressing appropriately as per the health and safety policy of the setting.
