hi can anyone help what local,national,european legislation is there forDATA protection,Health and Safety;Risk assessmnet and manangement,Protecting individuals from danger harm and abuse. My mind has gone any help will be great Grin

The Data Protection Act, the Health and Safety Act. Risk Assessment-the Health and Safety Act and the Health and Safety at Work Regulations.
The Protection of Vulnerable Adults Act.
