Describe how to manage risks associated with conflicts or dilemmas between an individual's rights and the duty of care?

Anything will be great , thank you

Hi stacey1210,

Carry out a risk assessment. You will then have carried out your duty of care to do what is reasonably expected of you to safeguard the individual and you have provided for the individuals rights to make informed choices.

Hope that helps
