Hi carolajna873,
Examples - an individual who has difficulty maintaining good personal hygiene but who is also too embarrassed to allow others to help, an individual who is unaware and unconcerned about personal hygiene, an individual who has a condition that requires a specific personal hygiene routine who does not follow that routine.................that sort of thing.
How might you address these issues?
