how do you learn frm others if they are dealing with a complaint or failure to conform to legislation?
how do yo continually monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of your practice?

Hi hall1988,
You learn by watching the process. You learn what you should and shouldn't do and the legislation that covers it, where your complaints procedure is kept and the paperwork required, how to handle the situation and deal with emotions effectively....and so on.
Always think about the work you have just done - what was good and what could have been done differently or better, ask for feedback from individuals, colleagues etc. The next time you do the same piece of work make the changes identified and again monitor and evaluate it.
Hope that helps
Aunty Sue
