Hi peter,

Think about the people who work in your setting and explain the working relationships between them.

For example the manager and staff - this is a formal relationship where the manager has the higher status. Workers must defer to his/her instructions but he/she must respect the workers rights.

Care worker and care worker - if equally qualified the status is the same. This is a relationship that relies on co-operation. When working their behaviour must be professional and respectful but some familiarity and banter can develop.

And so on.

Hope that helps
