Good-day,

I came across the following 2 questions:

Establish with the individual how the process should be carried out and who else should be involved in the process
&
Work with the individual and others to identify support requirements and preferences

These questions seem similar to me, hence perhaps would have the same answer.  Do you see any differrences to these questions??  May you help me to see these differences too, please?

Thank you for your help.

Hi samday,

In the first you talk to the individual about the process (of planning ie where, when, how) and who should be involved.

In the second the process is under way and you, the individual and others (including those who the individual wanted to be involved) are identifying support requirements and preferences.

Hope that helps
