hi all im new to the site. i started my diploma nvq 3 in febuary and getting no where. my first assessor was sacked, and the second ive only seen once. so im hoping to get some help here.

im stuck on a few questions on pwcs 33 which are  -
explain how to raise awareness of diversity, equality and inclusion.
explain the possible consequences of not actively complying with legislation and codes of practice relating to diversity,equality,inclusion and discrimination in adult social care setting
explain how to support others to promote diversity, inclusion and equality

Hi bubblebee,

You could model positive behaviour, challenge discrimination, tell individuals about their rights.........and so on.

You could be disciplined or sacked, your setting could be refused registration.

Suggest training, highlight problems and issues to increase awareness and offer solutions, encourage and support others to complain if they feel that they are being discriminated against etc.
