First you need to know what person centred values are. See here:

For example - the Health and Social Care Act (Regulated Activities) 2008 and the Essential Standards for Quality and Safety, the Mental Capacity Act 2005 Code of Practice and the Code of Practice for Social Care Workers. Look them up.
