Explain why early years frameworks emphasise a personal and individual approach to learning and development?
Every child is unique and children develop at different rates.children have different needs and interests and require a range of different opportunities in order to achieve. The early years framework now focus on the needs and interests of individual children.frameworks such as every child matters or the early years foundation stages set aims and goal but within them is the requirement to treat each child as an individual.

This is what i wrote but my tutor saiid it is too brief and write some more but i dont knw want to any suggestions please

Hi amina,

Perhaps she wants you to explain how they do it.

Hope that helps

Hi amina,

Examples

The EYCF enables practitioners to recognise each individual child’s strengths and the areas for which they need more support to develop new skills.

Each child has a key worker who gets to know the child and his/her parents.

The activities that are provided for each individual child underpin the skills they need to work towards the Early Learning Goals.

Hope that helps
