Hi taurus,

Not sure what I have suggested before but the Shipman Inquiry led to many changes such as these:

http://www.telegraph.co.uk/health/healthnews/7450105/Dr-Howard-Martin-key-Shipman-Inquiry-recommendations.html

http://www.pcaw.co.uk/policy/shipmaninquiry.htm

or see here:

http://www.cpa.org.uk/cpa/policies_on_ageing.html

You could also use Victoria Climbie and Every Child Matters.

K11 is about adapting something that you know or do to fit a new situation in your work practice. For example you might belong to a dramatic society and you use your experience and confidence from this to address a group of your colleagues about a training course that you went on. Or you use experience from helping a friend through a bereavement to support an individual who has had some bad news about her health.

Hope that helps

Aunty Sue
