describe principles for addressing dilemas or conflicts that may arise in relationships with families.

Hi nadjan,

Follow your setting's procedures, remember that family relationships are important, families have rights (usually), the safety of individual is prime, meet with the family as soon as possible to resolve any issues, report any problems..............that sort of thing.
