I need to explain what steps to take if consent cannot be readily established.

Not quite sure what to write really...I know it's a legal requirement etc but so far everything I look up relating to it seems to be more on the medical side.  I'm a dom care worker.

Any help greatly appreciated
Many Thanks x

Hi gonzo,

Put support in place eg an interpreter, report problems to your manager. You might find that your setting has a policy and procedure for consent.

Hope that helps
