Hi Numpty,
Think about how your opinions could affect how you work and what you could do to avoid this.
Give examples such as you prefer working with male individuals so you may give greater attention to them or your Gran is older than Mary but she manages to cope better and it affects your expectations of Mary. Explain ways of not allowing these issues to affect your work.
