Hi Nupty,

3.1 Policies and procedures, management, seniors, legislation, CQC, the Equality and Human Rights Commission etc

3.2 When there is a problem eg an individual is refused a service that others have access to because of their disability, race etc or an individual needs support or resources to enable them to be included in an activity. Who would you go to?

Hope that helps
