8.3  Explain how you would encourage others to adhere to environmental safety procedures

8.4   explain the importance of having an emergency plan in place to deal with unforeseen incidents.

Hi samday,

8.3 Model good practice, point out poor practice, encourage them to read policies and procedures etc.

8.4 Think about what would happen if you didn't. Panic, chaos, possible injury or death.......and so on.
