Hi littlelady,
2.1 If a setting decided what risks an individual could take how do you think the individual would feel? Would the setting give the individual more freedom in risk taking or do you think the would be more likely to limit risks to be on the safe side and to avoid having to provide resources?
3.1 Think about equal and human rights, discrimination etc. What Acts cover these and what do they say? For frameworks there is the Health and Social Care Act (Regulated activities) and the Essential Standards and the Code of Practice for Social Care Workers.
Don't forget to include your setting's policies and procedures.
Hope that helps

Hi littlelady,
Think about values and give examples eg how important/not important you think being independent is and how this might affect your support for an individual who hates having to rely on others.
Then belief systems eg your religious beliefs differing from theirs or cultural attitudes towards females etc.
Then experience eg another individual broke her leg when she tripped on the stairs or you had a stay in hospital so you now understand what it is like to have to rely on others.
Hope that helps
