hi im currently working on my hsc 3 diploma and would like a little more input on unit 84 question 4.2.......explain when the tissue viability assessment tool may no longer be appropriate due to changes in the individuals condition or environment.....i have change to mobility, prolonged besd rest or reabilitation improves mobility.....i would appreciate abit more input xxx thankyou

Hi ginge 8271,

You are on the right track. Its about improvements such as the total reduction of pressure sores and preventative measures now in place and the issues you have identified. Or it can also be worsening of the individuals condition/s eg loss of mobility.
