Describe actions to take where any concerns with the agreed care plan are noted?
Identify legislation and national guidelines affecting pressure area care?
Describe agreed ways of working relating to pressure area care?

Hi Strawberry888,
Who would you report concerns to? Would you carry on regardless with the care plan?
The Health and Safety Act plus COSHH and the Manual Handling regs, the Human Rights Act, the Mental Capacity Act, the Health and Social Care Act (Regulated activities) and the Essential Standards plus the NICE Guidelines and the RCN Guidelines.
Agreed ways of working would be your setting's policies and procedures and care plans.
Hope that helps
