Help, analyse features of the environment that may help or hinder communication. I know its prob an easy answer but i just cant think. Have got too much noise, if an individuals hard of hearing, am i going down the right route

Hi mand,

You are on the right track. Also good/poor lighting, privacy or lack of it, no disruption/disruption, distraction eg TV off or on and even temperature ie just right or too hot/cold etc.
