Hi I've just started health and social care level 3. I'm not looking for the answers but just a point in the right detection to get me started. Create a guide for a new social care worker about reflect on their practice. The guide must include the headings listed with an explanation of each....

Hi emsypoo,

No you don't. Do what is right for you. Just make sure that your writing is a reasonable size, well spaced and legible.

Hope that helps

Hi emsypoo,

You could start with

None of us like to think that our own values, beliefs and personal experiences would interfere in how we provide the best care that we can but they might.

For example..............................

Just go on to explain what yours are and how they might effect your working practice.

Hope that helps
