Individuals eg not respected, loss or rights, distress, poor care etc.
Workers - sanctions, dismissal, prosecution.
Setting - loss of registration, prosecution.
Think about how involving individuals in every aspect of their care will promote their equality and respect their diversity eg they can express their choices and preferences and have them respected.
Model good practice, make sure they read your setting's policies and procedures, challenge any abuse and explain why it is wrong.
