Hi meggan,
Welcome to the forum.
Examples could be making a room easier to negotiate or that it is well lit for someone who is sight impaired, taking an individual who is hearing impaired to a quieter environment to talk, making sure that you and others face an individual who lip reads etc.
Other people place limitations on individuals with sensory loss by, for example, believing that blind people can't possibly manage alone or that deaf people are funny because of the way they talk or that if they shout the deaf person will hear them etc. These attitudes and beliefs can prevent the individual being included in society as an equal.
Hope that helps
Aunty Sue
thank you so much aunty sue you made that question really simple thanks again
