Hi, im not sure about this question
How do you support others to use agreed communication methods so that individuals with communication needs can understand them ? x

Hi sophie,

Example - Mary has a hearing impairment and chooses to lip read. You are working with a new member of staff who has her back turned to Mary when she is speaking to her. You remind her that Mary needs to be able to see her face to understand her.
