I just need an inch and I can run a mile, please can anyone give me a hint as to what the main points of food safety in creating a good care or support plan are?
I am not sure if its listing PPE, Personal Hygiene ect like............................
Social care workers are to wash hands then don all specific PPE Required for food preperation, ensure safe storage, cooking temp and all actions of avoidance to be taken to prevent cross contamination?Huh?Huh?Huh?Huh??
