hi please could you help me  Grin

Q1) Identify support and resources that a child with a disability may need?

Q2) Explain why it is important for family members to have opportunities to explore feelings and experiences?

Hi dh090189,

Think about health support such as paediatrician, nurses, physio etc, support for mobility such as a wheelchair, ramps, transport etc, financial support eg benefits, social care support eg care workers, respite, etc, education support eg sen support worker, equipment etc.

Family members can have a number of feelings to cope with from guilt and anger to despair and depression. They may need support from experts such as counsellors or group support from others with similar problems and issues in order to release the tensions they feel. If they don't have these opportunities it can result in physical and mental ill health.

Hope that helps
