where would I access support in the community about identifying and addressing specific communication needs of an individual?

My input to this question is:
other professional and specialists who can support the person’s communication, either directly or indirectly.  The specialists may include:
o   Behavioural support service workers.  Any form of behaviour can be seen as communication.
o   Occupational therapists support the person to develop fine motor skills (hand and finger skills) to maximise their potential for independence.
o   Psychiatrists
o   Psychologists
o   Speech and language therapists assess and support the person’s speech development.

Am I on the right path???
