There is a question from my dimploma I'm struggling with. But it's more that I'm having trouble understanding what I need to say. Maybe someone could ask me the question in a more simple way, I'm not great with words.
Outline the anatomy and physiology of the human body in relation to the importance of correct moving and positioning of individuals
Do I need to make a list of the muscles and bones? Am I meant to explain how they work? I am not sure if I need to go into great detail

Hi Strats - this one gets every one of my learners every time - it is very badly worded!
First, I get people to explain about the different kinds of joints in the human body (hinge/ball and socket for example) then I get them to explain how these joints are held together (ligaments/tendons) and how easy it is to damage these joints by pulling on them (heaving people around a bed or not using a hoist but dragging people up under their armpits). So a shoulder can be dislocated or a new hip joint ruined by incorrect handling. Second I get them to explain about the layers of the skin (you don't need too much detail) and how there are pressure points on the human body (shoulders/ankles etc) which are prone to pressure sores (maybe a little about how these look initially and how they can progress on to full thickness loss of skin) and then a little about the nerves and how these can be permanently damaged by leaving a person lying for too long with a limb pinned under them (when you are fit and well, pins and needles are the nerves' way of alerting you to the fact that you are sleeping in an awkward position - when you have had a stroke, you cannot feel that you are sleeping awkwardly and are relying on your carers to ensure you are lying comfortably and safely). Hope that helps!

Thank you so much for your help, hope I can write something that makes senses. I seem to keep going off topic on my work lol

Well don't worry too much about going off topic as you'll like as not still produce work for other learning outcomes!
