Hi nicola81,

Think about the legislation and your setting's policies and procedures and use these to explain how your setting uses them to address diversity, equality and inclusion in dementia care and support.

For example, the Disability Discrimination Act says that you must not refuse a service to an individual just because they have a disability. Explain how you provide solutions to problems of access to services so that individuals are treated equally and are included.
