Hi nicola81,

Current legislation see here:

http://www.equalityhumanrights.com/advice-and-guidance/information-for-advisers/key-legislation/

Government Policy see these:

http://www.dementiapartnerships.org.uk/resources/strengthening-involvement/

http://www.mentalhealthpromotion.net/?i=promenpol.en.toolkit.213

Agreed ways of working are your setting's policies and individual care plans.

How do all of these support inclusive practice ie listening to what the individual wants, providing information and options and the resources needed for them to be fully included in their own care etc.

Hope that helps

Aunty Sue
