Employer can be sued if someone harmed
Employee could be injured
Service user could be injured

Hey guys I am in Ireland studying social care and my exam is coming up so I need a big favor from people with knowledge and experience like all of you, and if you could take a minute to help me on this question would be of much benefit for me.
The question is how do you relate Human Relations theory to social care?
