[confused carer]

Hi everyone
I have only been in the care sector for a little over a year and love my job but I am 53 and really struggling with the NVQ2 course work , my problem is I know in my head but I struggle putting it into words and then into the computer . I am not trained in computers so the Assignment 201  create a poster about confidentiality has thrown me .....
How do I start ?  I know the answers but how do you make a poster ?

Hi confused carer, do you have to do the poster on computer?  Put the information on paper or ask your assessor if you could make a chart with the main points of confidentiality on?
