Can any one help? I had the question explain the agreed ways of working with your employer regarding Conflict Management - handed it in and was told the question is meant to read How do you manage conflict ? any help please

You need to contact assessor/tutor and ask for an explanation, what is the difference? Not fair or supportive to say that to you without an explanation.
