Hello,
This is a performance criteria and one that your assessor needs to observe. You need to be seen offering information to service user so they can make an informed choice. This could be something really simple such as a choice between tea or coffee so long as you make them aware of what is available.

An example of this could be giving an individual a menu for them to make there own choices in regards to meals.
