Hello,
This is a performance criteria and as such needs to be observed by assessor. Assessor needs to see you making room to enable any move to be carried out, moving small bits of furniture, so there is room for any equipment you need to use, taking things off table and so on, making sure anything that could cause harm, trailing flexes for example are removed. Remember you need to involve service user in this, getting their consent to move things.

The answer given seems to cover it i was just going to add such as gaining approval to remove covers place them on a unit out of the way to ensure they were not in the way of any moving and handling procedures
