ERR Book help :(

Hi guys im new to the forum and looking for some help on my ERR book

i have finished it but got only 5/9 marks for the last few questions my assessor is wanting me to provide a few more details, though she has my booklet i can not remember for the life in me what i put i was wondering if anyone could give me a few details on what i could write for it
the questions are:

5.1 Identify occasions where the public have raised concerns regarding issues within the sector
5.2 Outline different viewpoints around an issues of public concern relevant to the sector
5.3 Describe how issues of public concern have altered public views on the sector
5.4 Describe recent changes in service delivery which have affected own area of work
