I'm hoping someone can help me, I have just started my Level 3 and the first assignment I am doing is the case study. I am doing it on Winterbourne View, I am stuck on 'an outline of the different points of view regarding the issue or area of public concern raised'

Hello,
Identify what issues/concerns were then identify who they effected and describe their points of view.
You could include the residents, what did it mean to them, their families, what would they have felt about the issues, other carers, CQC, manager.
