Hi all can anybody help me with this question please

How do ensure that other in your organisation support and protect the young people? Taking into account ethical dilemmas and conflicts?

Hi Robert,

You could explain your clear, comprehensive policies and procedures eg safeguarding, health and safety, equal opps, missing child etc. You could also mention staff training.

For dilemmas and conflicts you could bring in parental rights issues, restraint, professional differences eg between agencies, inappropriate friendships etc.
