Hi I am new to this and I am struggling with getting started on Unit B2 my assessor has asked a write up a RA on a real work situation which will cover the pcs in this unit any ideas on how  I should go about this.   I am new into my job role so not sure what to write about.

Any help very welcome. Angry

Hi zonestar,

B1a is about making your setting the best that it can be. If you put 'How do I' in front of each PC it might help.

For example what do you do for 'a'? Do you let people know that their opinions count, provide clear policies and procedures, make sure that information and support is available and easily accessed, provide clear feedback etc?
