hello,

they are coming to our office im really worried about wot they are going to ask me ive got the questions they send you but just wanted to know wot else they might ask and how long its going to be.  im a bit stuck on question 2 about whot reg applies to ur service how will it effect you and wot will u do 2 improve outcomes for ppl who do or will use ur service
