Hi polas,

1. Explain what you do in your workplace. How are you supervised and how often do you have appraisals? You should have a policy for this.

2. Think about the things you do that you need further training in. It might be that there was an accident and you didn't know what to do, you decide that you need to take a course in first aid. Other examples could be manual handling, risk assessments or fire training... and so on. How might you have found out that you needed to develop your skills?
