I need some help with legislations... I am doing level 2 with OCR.
I have been asked what all of the main legislations mean to a client/service user, and how they effect me as a carer in the community!!
I have had a look on the legislation download but cant seem to find out what they mean to the client and how they effect me!
Is it all to do with discrimination and equal rights.. Everyone is entitled to the same standards of care?

Hello,
Yes, you're on the right track, just try to be a bit more specific, like Data Protection means you keep resords confidential, H & S Act means you need to follow workplace procedures and so on. Good luck
